We are part of Pacifica and operate nationwide and our network of engineers can repair appliances from all the leading manufacturers.

Repaircare was launched in 2002 and has grown into the UK's leading independent kitchen appliance repair specialists.The business was acquired by Pacifica in April 2026 with all repairs now carried out by Engineers controlled by Pacifica.
Since we started we have successfully repaired over 1 million kitchen appliances.

What is included in your fixed price repair?
The fixed price repair fee charged covers the total cost of a single repair (i.e. call out, evaluation, labour & parts, a professional safety check and VAT).
Repaircare provides a first class repair service covering your cooking, laundry, refrigeration, dishwasher, air conditioning, dehumidifying and floorcare appliances.
We have a network of over 500 qualified engineers who work to very high standards.
We offer UK coverage delivered by a local engineer ensuring a quick response whatever the locality.
When replacement parts are required our engineers fit brand new high quality manufacturer approved parts.
Every repair is guaranteed for 60 days.
