How to book your appliance repair…

Booking your Repaircare fixed price repair could not be easier simply follow the instructions below:-

  • 1.
    Click on "Home" and under "Get a quote"… select your appliance, choose your manufacturer, enter your postcode then click on "Get a quote".
  • 2.
    You may need to select the type of appliance if you have chosen a cooker or refrigerator before you see your quote. It is important to note that unlike our competitors the price we quote is the price you pay and there are no hidden costs. To continue with your booking simply click "Next Step".
  • 3.
    You will then have the option to select a suitable date for your appliance repair. The date you have selected will then be confirmed along with the fixed price repair cost. To proceed click on "Next Step". You will then be asked to insert the model and serial number of your appliance if known. You will also need to provide a description of the fault and if relevant any additional information (e.g. parking arrangements).

    You will now be asked to complete your own Personal details. Having done this click "Next Step".
  • 5.
    You will now need to enter your Payment details. We accept most major credit / debit cards. Having entered this information you will then be asked to confirm that you have read our "Terms & Conditions". Then to complete the transaction click on "Complete Booking".
  • 6.
    You will now access a confirmation screen confirming that your transaction has been successfully processed including a summary of your Fixed Price Repair details. Please note: it is important to keep a record of your allocated Job Reference Number which should be used in any communication.
  • 7.
    Repaircare will then separately send you an email confirming the transaction details.
  • 8.
    The day before the agreed repair date Repaircare will text you reminding you of the call out date and giving you details of the appointed service engineer.
